A growing healthcare organization in the Chicagoland area is actively seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologists to join established and expanding GI programs at hospital locations within both the city limits and the surrounding suburbs.
These are excellent opportunities for physicians seeking strong earning potential, flexibility, and the ability to help build and grow GI service lines within a supportive hospital-employed environment while enjoying all the benefits of the Chicagoland area.
The incoming physician will step into an established referral network with strong procedural volume and the support needed to practice efficiently in a provider-friendly environment.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:- Open to General Gastroenterologists and Advanced Endoscopists
- Balanced mix of outpatient clinic, procedures, and inpatient rounding
- Endoscopy services available onsite
- Shared 1:3 call rotation
- APP support available
- Flexibility within scheduling and overall practice structure
- Opportunity to help build and expand GI services throughout the system
- Academic and teaching opportunities continuing to evolve
- Hospital-employed model with strong administrative support
- $600k to $700k base salary plus uncapped wRVU production bonuses
