Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 650+ provider multi-specialty group practice that has an excellent opportunity for an Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join an established group of clinicians.

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group serves community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation in a convenient and accessible environment in the Eagle area. The Internal Medicine physician will work in conjunction with a geriatrics team to support patients with complex healthcare needs. The Internal Medicine practice is in the Saint Alphonsus Eagle Health Plaza, with onsite pharmacy, lab, and medical imaging.

As part of the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, patient have access to comprehensive healthcare services offered for the whole family, most of our Ada County and Canyon County locations offering a multitude of services in convenient locations including:
Urgent Care, Family medicine, Internal Medicine & Geriatrics, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Diabetes Care & Education, Sleep Medicine, Orthopedics, Heart Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and onsite Lab, X-ray and Pharmacy.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;
• Successful completion of an accredited internal medicine residency program;
• Ability to obtain:
  Idaho medical license, registration with Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA (controlled substances), privileges at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center;
• Board certified, or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment
