• Coverage Model: 12-hour shifts, 10 shifts per month | 24
  -hour mid-level coverage
• Number of Beds: 447 hospital beds

• Admissions/Transfers: 12% admission rate

• Licensure:
  Arkansas medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Board Certification:
  Board Certified/Board Eligible - ABEM, ABIM, ABFM

  Prior EM experience required
• Skills & Procedures:
  Broad EM skills set appropriate for a critical access facility
• Badges: ATLS, BLS, PALS
