UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a board-certified (or eligible) Hematologist and Medical Oncologist to join our dynamic practice located in Richardson, Texas. This is a unique opportunity for a clinician-educator to deliver high-quality, comprehensive cancer care in a hybrid model that blends academic and community medicine. The selected candidate will support the continued expansion of regional oncology services throughout the DFW area by treating a broad range of hematologic and oncologic conditions in a state-of-the‑art facility with on‑site infusion, lab, dietitian, and social work support.
As part of North Texas's only NCI-designated cancer center, you will collaborate closely with academic colleagues through tumor boards, research conferences, and shared clinical trials. You will also have protected time to develop a disease-specific interest and the opportunity to educate medical students, residents, and fellows. Clinical trial leadership is strongly supported with a dedicated full-time research coordinator. Applicants must have an M.D. degree or equivalent, from an approved LCME medical school, and satisfactory completion of an Internal Medicine residency program from an ACGME accredited program.
Candidates must be eligible for Texas medical licensure, be board certified in Internal Medicine and board certified/eligible in Hematology Oncology.
