Join a busy, clinically sophisticated program serving a broad referral base. - Three cutting-edge new EP labs equipped with the latest mapping and ablation technologies, advanced imaging support, and contemporary tools for complex arrhythmia care.
- Responsibilities include implantation and management of pacemakers, ICDs, CRT devices, and conduction system pacing; advanced right- and left-sided ablation procedures; lead extraction and lead management; inpatient and outpatient EP consultation; and CIED remote monitoring oversight.
- Academic appointment at UMass Chan Medical School-Baystate. Work closely with 23 cardiology fellows, including 2 EP fellows, in a program committed to clinical excellence, procedural growth, scholarship, and professional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues in interventional cardiology, structural heart disease, advanced heart failure, cardiac imaging, cardiac surgery, and vascular medicine.

QualificationsABMS BE/BC in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology is required. Candidates should have a commitment to high-quality clinical care, collaboration, teaching, and program growth. Expertise in complex ablation, device implantation, lead extraction and lead management, and remote CIED monitoring is strongly valued.
CompensationOur compensation package consists of a base salary of between $515,000- $735,000 (based 1.0 FTE, experience level and qualifications) and annual incentive bonus opportunities.
