This opportunity offers an established patient base, dependable operating room access, and the support of a collaborative orthopedic team that values efficiency and surgeon autonomy.
You’ll build a hand-focused practice within a hospital-employed model designed for long‑term sustainability. The role features a predictable weekday schedule, strong clinical and administrative support, and the flexibility to shape your career. Teaching opportunities are available but optional.

- 7‑figure base compensation ($1,000,000+), plus signing bonus and relocation assistance
- Established volumes with opportunity to increase productivity
- Dedicated physician assistant and experienced clinical support staff
- Join the UHS Orthopedic Center which includes nine physicians and 18 orthopedic APPs
- Level II Trauma Center coverage with shared call rotation
- Optional academic affiliation and teaching involvement
