Join a growing emergency medicine program serving the expanding Fort Myers market through a community hospital and multiple freestanding emergency departments. This opportunity offers a diverse clinical experience, strong physician leadership, and the ability to practice in one of Florida's fastest-growing regions.

Physicians will be credentialed across multiple locations, providing a mix of community hospital and freestanding emergency medicine experience while enjoying the benefits of living and working in Southwest Florida.

• Full-time Emergency Medicine opportunity
• Credentialed across hospital and freestanding emergency department locations
• Diverse clinical practice settings
• 12-hour shifts
• Flexible scheduling with schedules typically released 90 days in advance
• Strong physician leadership and administrative support

• $50,000 Sign-On Bonus

• 12-hour shifts
• Full-time schedule consists of:
  • 12 shifts per month
  • 144 clinical hours per month
• Schedules generally released approximately 90 days in advance
• Physicians typically receive 2-3 days off when transitioning between day and night schedules
• Opportunity to work across multiple emergency medicine environments

For physicians interested in leadership development, an opportunity is available to oversee operations across two freestanding emergency departments.

• $8,000 monthly leadership stipend
• Approximately $96,000 annually
• Continue clinical practice while serving in a leadership role
