The Department of Radiology at Northwell Health is growing and actively seeking board certified/eligible Interventional Radiologists to join our team across our diverse network of facilities, including the following prominent locations:

• Long Island, NY (Nassau County)

With close to 250 radiologists performing more than 2 million medical scans each year, Northwell Health Radiology offers the convenience of easy access and unmatched precision. Our radiologists bring years of experience and subspecialized training to each scan they interpret and are backed by all the resources and clinical expertise of New York state’s largest health system.

As an Interventional Radiologist at Northwell Health, you will work with state-of-the-art equipment to perform a broad and comprehensive range of procedures, including:

• Arterial and Venous Interventions: Angiography, Uterine fibroid embolization, Prostate Artery embolization, AV access creation and maintenance, venous interventions, and vascular access.
• Oncologic & Ablative Therapies: Thermal ablation, radio embolization, chemo embolization and histotripsy.
• Complex Vascular & Visceral Procedures: TIPS, GU interventions, GI interventions, and biliary procedures.
• Spinal & Biopsy Interventions: Vertebroplasty, Kyphoplasty and image-guided biopsies.

• M.D. or D.O. degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC) in Interventional Radiology / Diagnostic Radiology.
• Completion of an IR/DR residency or an Interventional Radiology fellowship.
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in New York.
