This position averages 45-50 hours/week, covering the late shift every 5th day (7:00am-11:00pm), Post call day off, and covers every 4th weekend.
CRNAs and MDs practice independently in a collaborative anesthesiology team that prioritizes interprofessional collaboration to ensure we provide our patients with the best possible anesthetic care.
CRNAs will practice to the full scope of their license and independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc. A facilitator is available to help run the board, for consultation, and for a second set of hands in an emergency.
Generally, no weekday call. Weekend Coverage - Every 4th weekend - this could entail Saturday/Sunday day coverage OR Friday/Saturday call from home.
Case Variety: general, ortho, ENT, bariatrics, plastics, GYN, GI, urology, spine, neuro, optional OB. No trauma, cardiac, thoracic, or sick peds.
- $450-$500K (hourly)
- 1099 Practice
- $60K Sign-On/ Relo Bonus with three year commitment
- 8 Weeks Off per Year
