Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG) is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Neurologist to become a valuable member of our team primarily at Rock Creek Medical Office (Lafayette) with some time spent at our Skyline Medical Office (downtown Denver). This is a clinic-focused role in a well-supported, collaborative environment with minimal after-hours coverage.

What You'll Do / Clinical Focus
  • Provide outpatient neurology care as a general neurologist or subspecialist (e.g., headache, stroke, multiple sclerosis, neuromuscular, neurobehavioral).
  • Perform EMG/NCS (Strongly preferred)
  • Paralytic injection procedures (experience strongly preferred).
  • Work in a well-staffed clinic environment designed to support efficient, patient-centered care.
  • No stroke call or EEG readings required.
Qualifications
  • MD/DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Neurology residency.
  • Board certified or board eligible in Neurology.
  • Eligible for and able to obtain Colorado medical licensure prior to start.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care and teamwork.
  • Subspecialty-trained neurologists may develop a focused practice aligned with department needs (e.g., multiple sclerosis, movement disorders, neuromuscular, headache, epilepsy).
  • Join a team of 13 neurologists, 3 physician assistants, 2 neurology-dedicated clinical pharmacists, and robust RN/rooming support (typically 2:1 staffing).
  • Call is variable and typically 1:11, with minimal after-hours coverage.
  • Work hours vary by clinic; typical schedule is 8:00 a.m.

    -5:00 p.m.
