uTOEpia Foot & Ankle is seeking a personable, experienced podiatrist to join our growing practice.
We are looking for a physician who is comfortable in a busy, fast-paced clinical environment, works well with a team, and has strong clinical and surgical skills. The ideal candidate can practice independently while also appreciating the collaboration, staff, systems, and resources of an established practice.
This is not a start-from-scratch position. You will be joining an established, growing practice with existing infrastructure, staff, systems, and patient volume.
Our clinical scope includes general podiatry, diabetic foot care, wound care and limb preservation, sports medicine, biomechanics, office procedures, and foot and ankle surgery.
- Established practice and existing patient base, Immediate patient volume
- Modern, patient-centered practice
- Experienced clinical and administrative support
- Broad medical and surgical case mix
- Competitive compensation with production bonus
- Provide comprehensive medical and surgical podiatric care across clinic and surgical settings
- Diagnose and treat a full range of foot and ankle conditions
- Complete timely, accurate EMR documentation (Mod Med)
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and follow-up care
- Collaborate with staff on care coordination and scheduling
- Maintain CME and board certification requirements, TN License and other certifications required to practice podiatry

What We're Looking For- DPM with completed podiatric residency training
- TN License active or eligible
- Strong clinical and surgical skill set
- Experience in a busy office setting preferred
- Personable with excellent patient communication skills
- Collaborative, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable treating a broad range of foot and ankle pathology
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in practice growth
- Board-qualified or board-certified preferred
