Communi Care Health is seeking a PRN Attending Physician to provide care at our Fayetteville and Beckley, West Virginia practices, totaling about 15–20 hours per month in a post-acute and long-term care setting.
MD or DO license and ABMS Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Geriatrics or Hospice/Palliative are required, with gerontology certification preferred and 5+ years in geriatric care. EMR knowledge is expected.
