Position OverviewWe are seeking highly experienced, multi-state licensed physicians (MD or DO) to join our rapidly growing telemedicine team. This role is ideal for physicians with a strong background in hormone optimization who are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key RequirementsMD or DO degree (required)
Active medical licenses in 25+ U.S. states. We will consider 15+ states.
Current and unrestricted NPI and DEA registration
Active controlled substance licenses in all applicable states
Demonstrated knowledge of male hormone optimization (e.g., TRT, related therapies)
Ability and willingness to work full-time (40 hours per week)
Willingness to travel 1-2 times per year to company headquarters for training and clinical review
ResponsibilitiesConduct telemedicine consultations and ongoing patient management
Evaluate lab results and develop individualized treatment plans
Prescribe and manage hormone therapies in accordance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
Participate in ongoing training, QA reviews, and protocol optimization
