Guaranteed Base + Productivity Incentive + Partnership Track
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist (MD / DO)
- Fellowship-trained in Glaucoma
- Active California medical license or ability to obtain
- Interest in program growth and subspecialty leadership
