Retina Associates of Southern California, a partner of NVISION Eye Centers, is a well-established retina practice serving the Orange County community. The practice provides comprehensive medical and surgical retina care and is known for its strong referral base, collaborative culture, and commitment to high-quality patient outcomes.

This opportunity supports continued growth of the retina service line within an active, well-supported practice environment and offers the ability to build a long-term, sustainable retina practice.

This is a full-time medical and surgical retina position based in Huntington Beach, CA. The incoming Retina Specialist will join a collaborative team of ophthalmologists, optometrists, and experienced support staff, with access to a strong referral network and modern diagnostic and surgical technology.

The role offers the opportunity to continue expanding the retina service line within a thriving practice, with a clearly defined pathway to partnership for the right candidate.

MD or DO with completion of an accredited vitreoretinal fellowship
