You'll step into a community-based outpatient Family Medicine role designed to expand primary care access across the full age spectrum. This is a flexible practice opportunity with built-in administrative time and the option to choose a strictly outpatient model or a traditional model with rounding. Practice Overview

• Outpatient Family Medicine caring for patients across the full age spectrum (no OB required)
• Rural Health Clinic (RHC) model; currently 1 active MD on site
• Team support: 1 nurse and 1 nursing assistant assigned per physician, plus shared reception and lab staff
• Integrated behavioral health support available via on-site LCSW; referral access to multiple subspecialists in the market

Schedule

• Flexible hours with dedicated administrative time built into the schedule; open to 4x10s
• Patient volume: 18-25 patients per day; full-spectrum primary care
• Choose your model: strictly outpatient (no call) or traditional model with rounding
• Traditional model call: 4-6 call days per month plus weekend/holiday rotations

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary guarantee fo the duration of your contract
• Sign-on bonus up to $100,000; relocation allowance up to $10,000;
• Student loan repayment: up to $250,000
• CME: + 10 paid days; PTO: 5 weeks; malpractice provided; full health system benefits package included

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Open to entry-level or experienced physicians
• No visa sponsorship
