Pediatrician – Pearland, Texas Maeville Pediatrics is seeking a warm, dependable pediatrician to join its growing practice in Pearland. This is a growth opportunity within a modern, relationship-focused pediatric practice committed to delivering high-quality care in a professional, welcoming environment.
Position Highlights- Employed pediatrician position
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Saturday morning coverage from 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. on a 1:5 rotation
- Average patient volume of approximately 25 patients per day following a supported ramp-up period
- Newborn nursery rounding at The Woman’s Hospital of Texas at least three mornings per week, with dedicated time before clinic
- 1:5 after-hours call rotation with pediatric nurse triage support
- Low after-hours call volume
- General outpatient pediatric care with minimal procedures
- Epic EMR
- Established team of five physicians and two nurse practitioners
- Dedicated medical assistant for each physician, along with front-desk and administrative support
- Two clinic locations
- Anticipated start timeframe:
Spring 2027
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
- Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
- Open to both experienced pediatricians and new graduates
- Spanish-speaking ability helpful
