The Orthopaedic Department at Hennepin Healthcare seeks a fellowship-trained traumaplasty surgeon to join our group. New graduates and mid-career arthroplasty and trauma surgeons are welcome to apply. Our practice emphasizes close collaboration among department surgeons regarding patient care and teaching. We seek someone who wants to provide specialized care to a diverse population, while benefiting from our highly collegial group.
Call will be approximately 1:8 general orthopaedic level 1 adult and pediatric trauma call, including damage control hand trauma and infections. Our center does not perform digit replants/revascularization, and all spine care is managed by our Neurosurgeons. Opportunity exists to pass non-subspecialty cases to partners as circumstances permit.
About the Team/Department- We are a closely knit group of outstanding Orthopaedic specialists including 10 fellowship trained Surgeons and 11 APPs, all deeply focused on the mission of Hennepin Healthcare: partnering with our community to ensure access to outstanding care

Qualifications- MD or DO degree
- Current (or eligible for) license to practice as a physician in the State of Minnesota
- Board certified/board eligible
- Successful completion of an ACGME, AOA, or RCPSC accredited Orthopaedic Surgery residency
- Successful completion of an ACGME, AOA, or RCPSC accredited Traumaplasty, Arthroplasty, or Trauma fellowship
