- Experience: Prior Gastroenterology experience required
- Rate: $57.33/hour

- Perform general GI procedures including EGD, colonoscopies, biopsies, and hemostasis
- Conduct advanced procedures like ERCP
- Assist with esophageal, duodenal, or luminal stent placement and dilation
- Manage non-compliant and complex patient populations
- Respond to emergent consults, approximately 1-2 times weekly
- Collaborate with support staff and multidisciplinary team
- Document procedures using Meditech EMR
- Engage in patient education and building strong provider-patient relationships
- KY medical license or eligibility
- 2+ years of GI practice experience
- Proficiency in upper/lower endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to respond to after-hours calls as scheduled
This position is based at a leading facility in Prestonsburg, KY, providing outpatient GI care with a mix of routine procedures and complex interventions. The provider will be integral to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment focused on building lasting relationships with patients and their families.
