This facility is seeking a Critical Care Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule:
  
  No Call. Searching for multiple providers during the day. 7am-5pm, 12 noon to 10 pm covering Intensive Care Unit (ICU) 7a- 5p covering pulmonary consults. Night 1 Provider 7 pm - 7a.
• Practice Setting :
  Inpatient/Hospital
• Type of cases:
  Intubations, Central Lines, Arterial Lines, Hemodialysis (HD) catheters, Chest tubes
• Credentialing timeframe: 30 days
• Electronic Medical Record:
  Allscript
• Certifications required:
  Board Certified, Drug Enforcement Administration(DEA), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Basic Life Support certifications (BLS)
• Licensure required:
  Active Indiana State Medical License
