UT Health San Antonio – MSK Radiologist

The Department of Radiology in the Joe R and Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine at UT Health San Antonio is seeking a Musculoskeletal (MSK) Radiologist that must be A  certified/eligible by appointment start date. This is for a faculty position at the Assistant Professor to Professor /clinical rank and will include clinical and teaching duties. As a faculty member you will be providing services at University Hospital, Medical Arts and Research Center, UT Health Hill Country and other affiliated facilities.

Our hospitals are regional referral centers for trauma, oncology, surgery, general medicine and organ transplantation.

Candidate must possess a Medical Degree, have completed an accredited Residency program, be A  Certified/eligible, be fellowship trained in MSK, and currently have or be able to obtain a Texas State Medical License prior tostartdate. Applicants should be competent in diagnostic radiology to include musculoskeletal image-guided procedures. Duties include teaching medical students, overseeing/mentoring residents in the performance and interpretation of musculoskeletal imaging studies;

participating in research and providing clinical care to patients; and participation in various teaching/patient management conferences.
