Leading orthopedic practice on the New Hampshire Seacoast

We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) to work closely with a high-volume total joint surgeon, providing comprehensive care in both the orthopedic clinic and operating room.

The ideal candidate will enjoy a combination of clinical evaluation, preoperative and postoperative patient management, and surgical first-assisting. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an experienced total joint surgeon as part of a collaborative orthopedic team.

Salary commensurate with experience

• PA-C certification required
• Active New Hampshire PA licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Orthopedic experience preferred; total joint/orthopedic surgical experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical, procedural, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the supervising surgeon

• Required:
  
  Graduated from and accredited program for the education and training of P.A.'s via the AMA's Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation, or the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs, or by its successor.
• Required:
  
  Active Physician Associate license by the state of NH Board of Medicine; certification from the National Council of Accreditation of Physician Assistants;
  Proof of current and continuous professional liability insurance in the amount designated by ASMO/AASC.
