As a Body Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for administering a variety of FDA-cleared clinical body treatments and providing exceptional care and education to our patients. Our current body treatment offerings include Cool Sculpting, Emsculpt, Emsculpt NEO, Emsella, Endermologie, and vibrational therapy. These technologies are designed to help patients build muscle, reduce stubborn fat, improve posture, support lymphatic drainage, decrease water retention, smooth and improve the appearance of the skin, and enhance overall wellness and quality of life.
Depending on the treatment, our services may also support patients with weight-management goals, improved sleep, and increased confidence. You will be responsible for consulting with and educating patients about non-surgical body treatments, understanding their individual concerns and goals, and developing customized treatment plans. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful results in a safe, professional medical environment.

- Perform non-surgical body treatments offered by the practice, including Cool Sculpting, Emsculpt, Emsculpt NEO, Emsella, Endermologie, vibrational therapy, and other services as trained and approved by the practice.
- Conduct consultations and educate patients on available body treatment options.
- Evaluate patients' individual concerns, goals, and needs to provide appropriate treatment recommendations.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and practice protocols.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all body treatment services, products, technologies, and protocols offered by the practice.
- Cross-promote services that may benefit the patient based on their individual needs and treatment goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with current and previous clients and build lasting patient rapport.
- Provide patient follow-up, including outreach to non-converted consultations through phone calls and emails.
- Complete follow-up appointments to take before-and-after photographs, review patient progress, and discuss results and future treatment recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions, consultations, treatments, and results in the EMR.
- Upload, organize, and maintain before-and-after images in patient records.
- Assemble and provide before-and-after photos to patients as appropriate and maintain accurate records of treatment details and results.
- Maintain a tracking log for Cool Sculpting patients requiring three-month follow-up photographs and contact patients to schedule their follow-up appointments.
- Communicate with and assist the Department Lead regarding equipment concerns or technology malfunctions, including lost Cool Sculpting cycles, applicators nearing replacement, or other potential equipment issues.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance, including proper cleaning and sanitation according to company protocols.
- Monitor body treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness, organization, and consistency throughout the department.
- Maintain internal treatment room supplies and communicate supply needs appropriately.
- Greet patients and guests in a professional, warm, and friendly manner and ensure they remain as comfortable as possible before, during, and after treatment.
- Respond appropriately to patient feedback and follow established communication channels to address patient concerns or complaints.
- Report patient or provider concerns and assist with resolution as directed.
- Follow appropriate procedures for documenting, assessing, and reporting adverse reactions or treatment-related concerns.
- Support and participate in training new team members on company policies, services, treatment protocols, and department procedures as directed.
