Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon – Tru Ortho, PLLC | San Antonio, Texas Position Summary
Tru Ortho, PLLC is seeking a fellowship-trained orthopaedic foot & ankle surgeon to join our highly specialized, physician-owned private practice in San Antonio.
This is not a high-volume, multi-specialty orthopedic group. Tru Ortho is a supra-subspecialized orthopaedic practice built intentionally around focused expertise, aligned surgical philosophy, and an elevated patient experience.

- Provide comprehensive Foot & Ankle surgical care in outpatient and operative settings
- Manage the full spectrum of Foot & Ankle pathology, including trauma, sports injuries, deformity, arthritis and reconstruction
- Build and expand the Foot & Ankle service line
- Collaborate closely with referring physicians, therapists, and surgical partners
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Contribute strategically to practice development initiatives
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of Orthopaedic Surgery Residency
- Fellowship training in Foot & Ankle Surgery
- Board certified or board eligible
- Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
