Community Medical Center and the Advanced Pain and Spine Institute of Montana are seeking a fellowship‑trained, board‑certified/eligible Anesthesiologist specializing in Pain Management to join our respected, hospital‑based practice in beautiful Missoula.

  Advanced Pain and Spine Institute is the oldest and most trusted pain management clinic in Western Montana, serving the region since the mid-1990s.
• Integrated Hospital Partnership:
  As part of Community Medical Center - the leading referral center for Western Montana and Northern Idaho - our clinic offers a collaborative, interdisciplinary model of care that prioritizes restoring function and quality of life.

  Schedule:
  
  Full-time role with a flexible schedule split between in-clinic visits and fluoroscopy‑guided procedures.
• Strong Team:
  Join a busy team of 3 experienced physicians and 3 advanced practice providers, all focused on comprehensive pain management.
• Modern Space:
  Practice in a newly constructed orthopedic center conveniently located adjacent to the hospital.
• Collaborative Culture:

• Call Requirement:
  Light call - 10 days per month.

Candidates should be comfortable managing:

• Chronic back, neck, and joint pain
• Cancer pain management
• Opioid and non‑opioid pain treatment
• Ketamine infusions
• Spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulator implantation & management
• Intrathecal pump implantation & management
• Neurolytic blocks
• Radio frequency ablation, including cooled techniques
• Sympathetic blocks
• Spinal injections & epidural blood patch
• Kyphoplasty and Vertiflex procedures

Intrathecal baclofen spasticity management
