Full-Time Inpatient Psychiatrist at South Oaks Hospital
The Department of Psychiatry at South Oaks Hospital is seeking a full-time inpatient psychiatrist to provide clinical leadership and direct care for our busy unit in Amityville, NY. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader with excellent clinical, teaching, supervisory, and interpersonal skills and is comfortable leading a multidisciplinary team of clinicians.
Candidate must be BC/BE in Psychiatry, have ACGME‑approved residency training, and be eligible for a NYS medical license. Excellent communication skills required. Experience is preferred, but new graduates with the appropriate combination of experience and skills are encouraged to apply.
