• Work within a structured program divided into 2 daytime groups
• Supported by a dedicated nocturnist APP for night coverage

Responsibilities

• Manage various cases in a 42-bed non-profit, faith-based hospital
• Focus on complex cases in a semi-open ICU
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff
• Engage in key medical staff committees, including the credentialing and medical executive committees
• Take on a greater role within the program through committee involvement, mentorship, quality improvement initiatives, and future leadership development opportunities (for physicians interested in leadership)

Compensation

• Competitive base salary above $374,000 per year plus additional bonuses

Requirements

• Board certification or eligibility in family or internal medicine
