, is seeking a dynamic Medical Director to provide clinical leadership for its 10-bed Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit in Garden City, Kansas

This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician passionate about inpatient rehabilitation medicine, program development, quality outcomes, and interdisciplinary team leadership.
As Medical Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the growth and success of the rehabilitation program while helping patients regain independence and return to their highest level of function.

The 10-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit provides comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation services for patients recovering from conditions such as stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic trauma, neurological disorders, and other medically complex conditions requiring intensive therapy.

Eligible for and in good standing with the hospital medical staff.
Demonstrated training and experience in rehabilitation medicine through one of the following:
Completion of a PM&R residency;
Completion of a rehabilitation fellowship; or
At least two years of experience managing inpatient rehabilitation patients as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
