Physician Assistant Critical Care

Swedish Medical Group is seeking a dedicated physician assistant to join the Critical Care team to support the APC program at Swedish First Hill and Cherry Hill campuses in Seattle, Washington.

• Part-time position at 0.7 FTE

• 109 shifts per year; 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., variable schedule, includes weekends and holidays

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and management of critically/acutely ill patients

• Collaborate closely with critical care physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care

• Perform inpatient procedures consistent with training and scope of practice

• Compensation is between $145,767 and $190,261 per year

Compensation may include productivity, quality and service incentives, or extra shift incentives as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available.

• Board certificated Physician Assistant (PA-C)

• 2+ years critical care experience as a PA required

• Active Washington license

• Active DEA license

• Active ACLS/BLS certification

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and proficiency in managing critically ill patients

• Have the willingness and flexibility to adapt to challenges and changes in a growing program
