Clearwave Mental Health is a growing outpatient mental health group serving patients across the Hudson Valley, Capital Region, and Long Island. Our multidisciplinary team includes Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and Licensed Therapists working together to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. Clearwave providers have a variety of specializations such as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychopharmacology, Integrative Psychiatry, Interventional Psychiatry, etc.

We are seeking an experienced Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our expanding New York team in our newest Syracuse location. This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, strong administrative support, and access to advanced interventional psychiatry services.

• Flexible Hybrid Schedule
  – Telepsychiatry with in-office presence typically 2-3 days per week
• Administrative Support
  – Dedicated staff handle scheduling, prior authorizations, and patient coordination
• Collaborative Clinical Environment
  – Weekly case conferences and provider rounds
• Interventional Psychiatry Exposure
  – Work alongside clinical leaders providing TMS, Spravato (Esketamine), and pharmacogenomic testing
• Multiple Office Locations
  – Syracuse, Latham, Poughkeepsie, Kingston, Valhalla, Middletown, New Rochelle, Nanuet, Garden City, and Hauppauge.

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care consistent with Clearwave standards

• MD/DO
• Board-certification required
• Active New York license in good standing
• DEA registration
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-growing outpatient environment
