Monday - Friday schedule with telephone-only rotating call coverage Outpatient and inpatient eating disorder treatment across full continuum of care Manageable caseload of 18 patients with residential stays averaging 30 days Residential patients seen twice per week with consistent treatment team continuity Full support staff including NPs, PAs, therapists, dieticians, and nurses Built-in fellowship program with formal mentorship and leadership development Board-eligible or board-certified;
