Envision is hiring full and part-time Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians to join our dynamic group of providers in the Emergency Department at Medical City Children’s Hospital. We are expanding the Pediatric Emergency Medicine department and seeking dynamic individuals to join us! Position Profile:
Requirements: PEM fellowship or 4-year dual EM residency 19 Pediatric ED Beds + 2 Triage Spaces 39,000 annual volume 9-hour shifts Meditech EMR Pediatric sub-specialties include cardiology, cardiac surgery, GI, hematology/oncology, nephrology, neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, ENT, surgery, urology, and plastic surgery Join a team of experienced PEM trained physicians and acute care, pediatric dedicated, advanced practice providers who are providing 24/7 PED coverage Enjoy a flexible schedule, competitive compensation with a guaranteed hourly rate + RVU and benefits package and an outstanding quality of life H1B Visa Sponsorship Provided, if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality medical care to hospitalized pediatric patients at a tertiary children’s hospital
• Collaborate with a multitude of pediatric subspecialists, surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Work closely with dedicated pediatric nurses and support staff
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives
• Share your expertise bedside with residents
• If interested, participate in the development of new training programs and lectureships - Dallas, TX

Medical City Children’s Hospital is a 254-bed, tertiary care children’s hospital and the flagship pediatric facility of Medical City Healthcare. The hospital is home to nationally recognized pediatric programs, including a 37-bed pediatric medical-surgical unit, PICU, CVICU, and advanced ECMO capabilities. Physicians work alongside a highly skilled team of pediatric subspecialists across nearly every discipline, including surgery, cardiology, neurology, nephrology, pulmonology, hematology-oncology, and infectious disease.
