• 450 acute care beds and 110 extended care beds
• Supported by a team of 400+ physicians across more than 50 specialties
• The health system is committed to medical education, partnering with The University of Kentucky (UK) College of Medicine to offer multiple Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) accredited training programs. These programs are designed to produce skilled physicians focused on delivering patient-centered, evidence-based, and cost-effective care. The primary hospital serves as the main clinical teaching site for over 70 graduate medical education trainees enrolled across seven ACGME-accredited training programs.
