* Position Overview:

** Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a 0.6 FTE Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in the Olympia Region. This role will serve as a key clinical resource, supporting patient access across our Olympia Medical Center locations, including Olympia & West Olympia Medical Center. The position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across multiple sites, ensuring timely, high-quality care for our primary care patient population.

Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health - or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.
* This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
* You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
* Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
* AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.
* In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.
** Compensation and Benefits**
* ** Salary Range:** $141,127 to $166,032 *(salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)*
