Emergency Medicine Physician Resident

Seeking a board-certified or board-prepared physician resident trained in Emergency Medicine to join our group of 33 Emergency Medicine Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers. This group covers 4 locations including 2 freestanding ERs, 1 heart hospital ER, and the main ER at our Level II Trauma Center. The main ER sees 32,000 patients annually with an admission rate of 30%.

It is staffed with EM Physicians working 10 and 12-hour shifts with 50 hours of physician coverage per day. The physicians work 130 hours (13 shifts) monthly and receive incentive pay for additional shifts. Our Care flight helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft transport patients from a service area of 800,000 people. We are proud of our 20-minute door-to-doctor time and our 2-hour length of stay.
