Clear Sight Vision Associates, a Visionworks Sublease practice located in Rosenberg, Texas, is seeking an immediate-hire Associate Optometrist / Staff Optometrist to provide thorough, patient-centered care in a fast-growing Fort Bend County community. This is a strong opportunity for a Texas-licensed or license-eligible provider who values clear communication, clinical confidence, long-term patient relationships, and the chance to help grow patient volume, expand medical eye care, and strengthen community referral relationships as the practice continues to mature.

Clear Sight Vision Associates is an independent, doctor-led practice co-located with Visionworks at Brazos Town Center. The practice is focused on comprehensive eye care, medical optometry, ocular disease management, glaucoma care, contact lens exams and fittings, dry eye care, urgent eye visits, and pre- and post-operative care. The practice uses Optos ultra-widefield retinal imaging, EHR, online scheduling, and a modern digital clinical workflow.

A three-person support team, including a manager plus clinical/front-desk staff, helps support patient intake, testing, scheduling, and insurance processes—creating an efficient environment where the doctor can focus on high-quality patient care.

As the Associate Optometrist, you’ll deliver comprehensive exams, contact lens care, ocular disease management, urgent eye visits, referrals, and timely documentation. Current patient volume generally ranges from 8–15 patients per day, with capacity and a clear goal to grow. You’ll also play an important role in maintaining high patient satisfaction, building stable associate-led coverage, and helping shape a young, expanding practice as it reaches its next stage of growth.

The ideal candidate is patient-centered, collaborative, efficient without rushing, and comfortable providing full-scope care. Strong communication, documentation, and a commitment to long-term practice growth are key. Medical optometry, ocular disease, glaucoma, contact lens, and dry eye experience are preferred.

Qualifications include an OD degree, Texas optometry license or eligibility, and TPA/OGS credentials or eligibility. The role is full-time, approximately 32–40 hours per week, with a negotiable schedule.

Target compensation is $125,000–$170,000, depending on schedule and experience, plus production bonus opportunity. Malpractice coverage, continuing education support, PTO/health benefit support, and relocation assistance may be negotiated as part of the final package.
