CHA is currently recruiting Full-Time Virtualist Primary Care Physician Assistants to join the primary care team to help improve access, continuity, quality, and efficiency of care.

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care through telehealth platforms, including video visits, telephone encounters, asynchronous messaging, and remote patient monitoring
• Conducts virtual new patient intakes to onboard new patients into the CHA Primary Care practices
• Provide inbox coverage as needed, calls from nursing, and critical lab management
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage patients across a broad spectrum of clinical conditions
• Promote patient engagement and satisfaction through effective virtual communication
• Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, care managers, and other healthcare team members
• Full time guaranteed base salary range of $108,000-$161,000 is based on years of experience

• 3+ years of primary care experience with a familiarity working in a remote caregiver setting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively engage and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to CHA's mission and patient population
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current Massachusetts Physician Assistant license
• Current DEA number and Mass DPH registration to prescribe controlled substances
• BLS certification
