* Position Overview:

** Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a 1.0 FTE Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team at Tacoma Steele Street Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington.

Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health - or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.
* This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
* This is non-paneled position to support patient access for Primary Care.
* You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
* Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
* AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.
* In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.
** Compensation and Benefits**
* ** Salary Range:**$148,183 to $174,333 *(this location is eligible for a location-based incentive, the salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)*
