Vascular Surgeon Southern California Ventura County Partnership Track

Coastal Vascular Center is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible vascular surgeon to join our established four-physician private practice in Ventura County, California. This partnership-track opportunity offers the full spectrum of vascular surgery, an office-based lab (OBL), and an active role in expanding our Thousand Oaks practice.

Candidates with 1-2 years of post-training experience are preferred; however, we welcome applications from qualified vascular surgeons at all career stages, including graduating trainees and experienced surgeons. We are seeking a colleague who values clinical excellence, collaborative patient care, and building lasting relationships with patients and referring physicians.

• Comprehensive vascular practice encompassing open surgery, endovascular interventions, arterial and venous disease management, and dialysis access creation, maintenance, and revision.
• Office-based lab supporting outpatient vascular interventions.
• Busy outpatient vein practice.
• Opportunity to help grow our Thousand Oaks presence within an established regional practice.
• Outpatient clinic responsibilities across all four practice offices.
• Shared call rotation of approximately 1:6 following completion of hospital privileging and required proctoring.
• Hospital privileges at Dignity Health St. John's Regional Medical Center and St. John's Hospital Camarillo, Ventura County Medical Center, and Community Memorial Hospital.
• Partnership track with an opportunity for long-term ownership.

• Annual base salary starting at $390,000 upon completion of hospital privileging and required proctoring, with clearance to take call. Base compensation is commensurate with experience and years in independent vascular surgery practice.

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited vascular surgery training program by the start date.
• Board certified or board eligible in vascular surgery.

• Sound clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to patient care.
