Summary:

** The
** Sr. Director, Urology Services
** provides enterprise-wide leadership for urology service line operations across the One Oncology network. This role is responsible for defining strategic direction in partnership with Chief Medical Officer, One Urology, advancing the long-term vision for urology services, driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.

This role serves as the administrative and operational dyad partner to the Chief Medical Officer, One Urology, pairing physician clinical leadership with operational execution to advance the urology platform. Together, the dyad is jointly accountable for the strategy, growth, quality, and evolution of urology services across the One Oncology network. The Sr. Director translates the CMO's clinical vision into scalable operational execution and, in turn, brings operational insight to inform clinical strategy and platform priorities.

The Sr. Director will collaborate closely with Market and Practice Leadership, Physician and Medical Directors, other clinical and operational MSO leadership, and key cross-functional stakeholders to deliver operational expertise, strategic guidance, and scalable solutions that enhance clinical quality, optimize service line performance, and support organizational growth. This leader will play a critical role in aligning urology operations with One Oncology's broader strategic objectives while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered urologic care across the network.

The Sr. Director, Urology Services reports to the Chief Medical Officer, One Urology, as dyad partner, with a secondary reporting relationship to the Vice President, Clinical Innovation / Clinical Operations, and serves as a key member of the One Oncology Clinical Operations leadership team. This role may be based in Nashville, TN, or remotely for candidates located near a major airport to support travel requirements and enterprise-wide engagement across the One Oncology network.

*** Serve as the operational dyad partner to the Chief Medical Officer, One Urology, jointly setting and advancing the strategy, vision, and priorities for the urology platform.
* Support the growth and evolution of urology across the One Oncology platform, advancing service line development, new capabilities, and the maturation of urologic care models network-wide.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise-wide urology services strategy aligned with One Oncology's organizational vision, growth objectives, and long-term operational priorities.
* Lead and oversee urology service line expansion, consolidation, standardization, and modernization initiatives to enhance scalability, operational efficiency, and service excellence across the network.
