We are seeking a Neonatology Physician to join our Level IV NICU team on a full-time basis in New Brunswick, NJ.

• Provide primary clinical care for all neonates admitted to the Level IV NICU, with daytime coverage and overnight call
• Attend high-risk deliveries and cesarean sections; consult with high-risk mothers on the obstetric service and with the Pediatric ED
• Work alongside board-certified neonatologists, NNPs, and PAs
• Oversee pediatric residents, neonatal fellows, and mid-level providers (NNP, PA, PNP)
• Teach medical students, pediatric residents, and neonatal fellows
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and Vermont Oxford Network participation

• Board certification or eligibility from the appropriate specialty or subspecialty board

• CDS and DEA license required

Full-time compensation at Saint Peter's Healthcare System ranges from 175, USD, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, years of experience, academic and administrative appointment, and pre-established metrics on productivity/patient engagement/quality.
