BJC Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Physician to join our growing Post-Acute Care program serving the Farmington market.
This unique opportunity allows a physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care at two well-established senior living communities:
Southbrook Senior Living in Farmington, Missouri and Country Meadows Senior Living in Park Hills, Missouri
. The physician will care for residents across post-acute, long-term care, and assisted living settings while partnering closely with nursing leadership, rehabilitation services, specialists, advanced practice providers, and facility staff to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, patient-centered physician who thrives in an autonomous practice environment, values relationship-based care, and enjoys collaborating with interdisciplinary teams dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of older adults.

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
- Internal Medicine

- Eligible for Missouri medical licensure
