Description:
Seeking Emergency Medicine Locums Physicians for coverage at the main hospital campus and affiliated facilities in the surrounding area.
Site Directors will conduct phone interviews with potential locum providers and answer any questions.
The locum need is for the equivalent of two full-time equivalents.
Providers must be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts.
The main hospital may consider shifts shorter than 12 hours, while affiliated facilities require 12-hour shifts.
The facilities provide comprehensive emergency services along with laboratory and imaging services.
Emergency Medicine Physician Requirements:
Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine or Board Certified in Family Practice/Internal Medicine with three years of experience and a minimum of 6000 hours of direct Emergency Medicine experience.
ACLS and PALS certifications are required, and ATLS is recommended but not absolutely necessary for certain facilities.
