Deaconess Hospital, a nationally ranked health system, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine physician to join our dynamic and growing team at our Satellite Emergency Department in Evansville, Indiana
.

• Hybrid ER and Urgent Care Model
• Approximately 22,000 annual visits
• 12-hour physician shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am)
• Full-time = 12 shifts/month (1,728 hours/year)
• Holiday coverage required
• Robust hospital-employed physician group with full-time and supplemental physician support
• EPIC EMR system for seamless documentation
• Requirement – Prior EM experience and/or EM fellowship training is required.
• Average annual compensation is $525,000 ($333 per hour) with the opportunity to earn up to $648,000 ($388.00 per hour)
• Up to $164,000 in additional incentives

• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• $75,000 student loan forgiveness
