This role offers the ideal balance of a high-functioning medical home with the expansive resources of a regional leader. You will step into a busy clinic with an established patient panel, long-term clinic staff, and the advanced technological support of an academic health network.
** Practice Highlights**
* ** Flexible FTE (0.5-1.0 FTE):
** Full-time (1.0 FTE) is defined as 35 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly.

** Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. Flexible 4 or 4.5-day workweeks are available.

** Fully integrated Epic EMR with DAX Copilot (AI documentation) and Dragon dictation tools to streamline your workflow.
* ** Smart Call Rotation:
** Balanced 1:10 phone-only call outside normal hours. All calls are pre-screened by a nurse triage team, protecting your personal time.
