The position emphasizes exclusive obstetric care, labor management, and safe delivery of both routine and high-risk cases. The role features 12-hour shifts (7p–7a) with no on-call burden, access to on-site obstetric anesthesia, and a collaborative environment supported by a robust NICU team.
