: 4 year degree is a must. Preferred Certified Teachers or Instructors with a master degree in subjects taught. Instructors should be comfortable working small group of students. Minimum one year of SAT/ACT teaching experience is must.

Great company that cares about their instructors and their students. The children are incredibly smart (some of the smartest I have ever come across, given the age ranges) and genuinely want to learn. There may be some students that struggle, but the material is designed to help them and is easy for an instructor to explain. You also have the support of the friendly staff, managers, and even tools such as tablets.
