DescriptionHamilton Local School District is seeking a Gifted Intervention Specialist (District-Wide Coach), who is organized, efficient, and self-motivated. If you would like to work in one of Central Ohio's Top Workplaces, we want to hear from you! The contract is for 185 days, 7.5 hours a day, to start the school year.
Minimum QualificationsA valid Teaching Certificate through the Ohio Department of Education with Gifted Intervention Specialist endorsement/certification.
Responsibilities and Essential FunctionsProvides district-wide leadership and instructional coaching to support teachers of gifted learners. Focuses on building teacher capacity through coaching, professional learning, curriculum support, and data-informed practices to ensure gifted students receive appropriate challenge, differentiation, and enrichment aligned with state requirements and district goals.
SalaryCommensurate with experience and in accordance with specified salary schedule.
