Vacancy   - 03160 Position Category Director of District-Wide Programs Title PRESCHOOL DIRECTOR/INSTRUCTIONAL COACH PART TIME PRE K DIRECTOR AND PART TIME PK-12 INSTRUCTIONAL COACH Description Oversee daily operations of districts PreK/Head Start Program. Ensure total compliance with all federal, state, & local regulations. Supervise/Support all staff. Coordinate enrollment, screenings, & serve as primary liaison between state /federal agencies. Manage PreK program budgets ,grants, reporting, and documentation.

Develop & implement curriculum, assessments, and instructional practices aligned with KENTUCKY EARLY CHILDHOOD STANDARDS. Provide instructional coaching to PK-12 staff. Lead coordination, implementation, & monitoring of the districts MTSS structures. Support and collaborate with building administrators. Assist teachers and PLC teams in clarifying essential standards, student data,& planning high quality instruction. Comments The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in early childhood education, instructional coaching, data-driven decision making, and collaborative leadership.

Experience with MTSS, intervention systems, or PLC process. Strong leadership & communication skills. Strong understanding of Head Start regulations.
