Technical Trainer Specialist - Medical Imaging​/Computed Tomography; CT

Responsibilities

Develop, deliver, and improve technical training solutions (e-learning, virtual training, in-person training, simulations, etc.) following course development and delivery processes.

Provide the highest level of customer experience in any learning environment by engaging learners with effective instructional and communication methods and the latest educational tools.

Maintain training systems and lab areas to ensure they are fully capable of delivering training sessions.

Take personal ownership of each learner’s experience, encouraging collaboration and safe completion of learning activities.

Lead continuous‑improvement projects and report KPIs and change‑adoption metrics to leadership.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in technical science, electronics/mechatronics, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2+ years of training experience in areas such as Learning Services, Training Delivery, Education Field, or equivalent (preferred).
• Hands‑on technical skills in troubleshooting, repairing, refurbishing, or maintaining Philips CT (Computed Tomography) products, or subject‑matter expertise in CT products.
• Background in electronics, mechanics, and computer networking.
• Ability to work with a diverse team, independently manage time, and interact positively with team members and customers daily.
